Rossin I believe to be 1988 Ghilbi

The reason I believe this to be a 1988 Rossin Ghilbi is the cast bottom bracket and the obvious cast seat tube along with the cable passes going through the bottom bracket housing. See what you think...

build date of May 5 1980 if date code on tag is right and it is a Chicago made bike so even better but have to get 2 spokes and nipples before I ride it as there are 2 missing in the front wheel.
