83 de rosa super prestige campagnolo delta brakes tires

Hey guys I have a 83 de rosa super prestige. I just got my hands on some campagnolo delta brakes 5 pivot but when I tried to put them on the tires had no clearance and it would rub up on the brake....

Thanks for the replies. I purchased the book last month. And it's great. Just the Amtrak part and getting to the north side of the bridge I was trouble with. Ferry sounds great. Thanks for your help...
