I push that position back as far as my cleats will allow. I actually wish they would go even further back so that I'm almost hitting mid-foot more like a regular shoe. It's just more comfortable.

Actually I disagree. I've never used Creatine for biking. But I HAVE used creatine for running long distances(~ 1 hour) and the results were just as good as they were when I used it for weight...
