Apparently they had problems with their BB supplier and switched to JIS. Not sure when though, hence my problem. 107 ISO bb is pretty much impossible to find, im a student so cant afford a Phil

Just thought I'd update. Took the fork out and no signs of rust in the head tube. Gonna clean it up and take it for a ride this weekend, wish me luck and thanks for the input everyone
