The ones I use are the small soft lunch box type coolers.
I justify it by not using 4 panniers.
Everything I need packs into 2 small carradice panniers and a saddlebag
with usually room left over....

I won't use anything else.
It's super sturdy and very rigid.
No vibration or slipping at all.
