Hi Rex,
I'm 6'4" about 200 lbs and was in the same situation. Using my bike for commuting to work grocery store beach etc... I ended up buying the 7.2 simply because the 7.3 didn't come in a 25"...

Tall

6'4" - 6'5" depending on the day about 205 lbs. Bike fits perfectly. I have a great LBS to help with the fit.
