I bought a couple of cheap bikes to learn how to disassemble and assemble again. Hopefully, I get smarter and not lose too much $. Then again, you can't really value education and fun tinkering...

Chrome salvageable?

Very nice find! How are you going to bring the chrome back to its former glory? Or is the bike for parts?

That's pretty neat. What's old is new again. Disc brakes are the rage nowadays...even going into road bikes.

Danger in the underpass

Sometimes people stand their bikes upside down on the handlebars underneath the overpass. Got to watch out for it especially going downhill and from sun into shade. It can be very dangerous.
