For a new Shimano chain, which has not been fitted, what is the best way of degreasing it?

I use 50:50 diluted No Nonsense degreaser for maintenance degreasing.

It's a 9 speed rear mech and there's a problem selecting the smallest cog - there is a delay then the chain jumps. This was happening...

Abus U lock issue

I've mounted an Abus Granit X-Plus 540 on the frame of a Cube SL Road Pro.
