Rear wheel on Brompton, has it always been off centered?

Bought a new rim with new hub. 2speed Hubsmith MInimods. After the spokes rebuild, I noticed that the tire is closer to the right inner rear triangle side than to the left.

Hello!I am planning to go with S2E. They adviced me to upgrade to 18T cog and 58T chain ring. I would like to know, what would be the resulting gear ratio compared to the standard stock S2E specs....
