The roads where i live (pittsburgh) are the same as gregs 180 so i did a 30 min TT on the trainer with a average Hr of ~179

How much do good shoes make a differnce?

If i were to upgreade my $60 addidas shoes to the $200 SIDI Geinies 5 carbons is it worth the cost? im a lightweight ~140 so i dont think stiffness is huge but maybe?? Thanks in advance:)

For an upgrade from 4 to 3 it says 20 pts within 12 months --I do a weekly crit series that combines cat 3/4 and technically if I get half I am fit enough to be a three? So how do I solve my problem...
