Problem solved... After reinstalling, shortening the cable hose, putting all parts in right place...
The result. (also did some new handle bar tape / wrap)

I am guilty of it,... First i thought the top part was to 'open' and it caused friction, so I tried to close it a bit,
didn't help...left a mark :innocent:

When I google on Colnago Super 1980 I get all kind of possibilities... and some are not 1980 bikes so... quite hard to find...
