Thanks again for the reply. I have located a new, unused complete Ultegra 6800 11-speed groupset with 11-32 cassette and 34/50 crankset. Very reasonable price. May be a better option for a few more...

Sorry about inadequate information. The bike is a 2008 Cervelo R3. The entire drivetrain is 2008 Shimano 10-speed Dura Ace 7900. 11-28 cassette & 39/53 crankset. Wheelset is 2009 Mavic R-SYS SSC.

I believe that the 11-30 cassette will work with a standard cage derailleur, but 32 will require a medium cage derailleur as you have mentioned.

Any ideas on the best...
