home depot -> plumbing -> pipe hanger flange (goes on ceiling to screw in rod that the pipe hangs on).

went to home depot. found a part-worthy-piece in plumbing. It's a pipe hanger flange or whatever it's called $1.71 for copper coated or $1.41 for galvanized.
I'm optimistic this will work.

I recovered few bikes from the dump and would like to set them up as single speed. I still would like to have front and rear road caliper brakes. Got some off ebay but it turns out that when mounted...

I don't know if you have Rainwear O2 jackets but I did have one. If you don't you should definitely get one. Works like a charm, packs small and breathes well.
My jackets started to exhibit layer...

can I use cyclocross rims with mountain tires? most of 29er wheelsets are disc only and I have canti brakes.
