I had an inklin it might be a Windsor, but couldn't pin the model down. My bike has a mix of dérailleurs on it which I'm gonna upgrade....

But there is a manufacturer/maker of a bike that I've got here in the UK called Winchester and its known in the USA.
But alas I have no other info...
