Training question

I want to get stronger at my bike but because of weather and time constraints this is my program... Stationary bike 2dys/wk Regular bike 3/dys/week I do each for about 30 minutes.. Is this enough?

What are the negative effects of simple sugars..

Even if I watch my calories, how will simple sugars effect me and weight loss? Also, I weigh 260 got a decent amount of muscle. My doc said if I wanted to lose weight for me to eat only 1600...

I need weight loss help.............

Last year I lost 60lbs by eating 1500 calories a day and working out vigurously. I have gained most of it back but I want to lose it again and keep it off... I know i NEED TO MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE....

I have recently started doing a 3 day split instead of a 4 day and have seen awesome improvement in gains. I do 1 day of chest and back another day of arms and shoulders and another day of just legs....

Is a mountain bike with slick tires still too haevy for a century ride or 50 mile ride? I like the versatility of a MTB but I am on the road more than the trails.

Is it ok to remove brake pad spacers?

My brake kept on rubbing agianst my rim. I removed some spacers and placed them on the other side of the brake arm. Now my brakes do not rub but I can still stop good. Is this ok to do?
