Use the dishwasher !

Stick it in the dishwasher (on a rinse-only cycle to avoid damaging heat), with no detergent, when the wife/girlfriend isn't around ! Works real well. I do this every couple of months.

SLR T1 is tolerable

Selle Italia SLR T1 is tolerable for me - relatively broad nose puts less pressure on perineum than other TT/Tri saddle I've used.
