Tubular Mounting Question

I just mounted my first set of tubulars. Zipp 404's with Vittoria Corsa. The rear came out perfect. The front however is trued up, but there is a slight highspot. Is this something to be concerned...

It was really steady at about 100 last night. I got up this morning and it was 57. Working around the house this morning its about 72. Maybe I just over did it, and was a bit dehydrated.

Can you double nut the axle on the other side, and hold that with a wrench while you turn off the stuck side? Then to get the side the is double nutted off, use a wrench on both of the nuts.
