I have ridden Di2 and etap, just bought a canyon ult slx 8.0 w/ etap (Force). I prefer etap, it just feels better, less arteries and dangles and just a slight depress does wonders.

I have 8 bikes with a combination of SRAM (mostly all Force) and Shimano (DA and Ultegra). Quality wise, I would give SRAM the slight edge. Mechanicals, Shimano is smoother a bit more refined.
