Not hard. I jumped from 60 miles (doing loop around lake washington) to 206 miles (Seattle to Portland) with no problem. You should be fine going from 50 miles to 100.

its 7:17 pacific, going to ride the Santa Ana River Trail, its in the LA area and goes all the way to the beach. The trail is pretty sexy, be back later with some pics.
