I have some pro race 3's and they were a b**ch to put on. On here I saw somebody recommended to put the tires in the dryer for 5 minutes to loosen them up. It worked for me to put on new tires.

I had some on a mountain bike that had, it had a little plastic screw-plug that you turned to loosen and slid the reflector down and it came right off. Otherwise I would ask at a lbs.
