I just returned from the LBS. My apparent "26" or "650c" MA40 will not accept a 559mm (too small) or a 571mm (too big).

WHAT THE HELL???

Wait! I have an MA40 MB that was sold to me as a 650c. But I compared it with a 26"/559 rim and it looked the same (and a 650c tube draped over it like saggy boob), so I thought it was a really thin...
