I’m using the stock seatpost and longer stem, no rack (use a bar bag) and replaced the grip shifter with a SRAM trigger shifter so I could use longer grips. Works fo me.

I contacted Steve @ Xootr today (Feb. 17, 2017) and he told me they still have Swifts available for sale.
8 speed complete bikes in size S M L XL are available in SILVER only.
