Thats funny I came on the site to find the same answer. I have 700 x 23 tires and somehow ordered 26x 18-25 tubes I was wondering if I could stretch them to fit or not.

I just bought a Nashbar ISIS BB.

It came with both treaded rings attached to the tube, does anyone know the secret to getting the left treaded ring off so I can install it?
