I did my 1st tri @ 250#. It was a sprint and I had to walk the entire "run" due to back spasms. I finished DFL.

Fat Frogs !!!! That is a LBS here in Virginia Beach. I've ridden with some of their group rides (not with the race team :eek:)
They are a great bunch of folks.
