T-mar, I checked and the only serials are on the left dropout. By any chance would you happen to know what bike companies stamp their serial on left dropouts and in 7 number sequence??

Well i got my hands on a nishiki ??.It was...

Well i got my hands on a nishiki ??.It was grey/silver before i powdered it...But can't seem to find any other info...The serial is on the left dropout and starts out with a 400 number any clues???
