Serial # indicates it was built in December 1977...

Serial # indicates it was built in December 1977 by Miki. The frame would be a 1978 Model I believe. I have a Black November 1976 built 4000, but it has Horizontal Rear dropouts.

My M6L37607 (76?) serial numbered 4000 has exact same lugs/color/gold pinstriping It has different seat tube decal. Also missing the down tube 4000 designation decal. Maybe that decal was optional...
