I had one in a roundabout blocking traffic, even though I kept motioning for him to go.
Then I yelled at him to go.
So then he pulls up and stops...

Those people drive me up the wall.
I've had them obstruct traffic on a freeway entrance ramp, waiting for me to climb a 6% grade to reach the MUP crossing.:twitchy:
I've had them stop on a 4-lane...
