I found a scale to use and I'm at my target weight (170), but my "ideal" weight is probably 165. I may try to drop a few more, but I'm only competitive in flattish races, so it may not matter much....

99 % of racers (myself included) are "wheel suckers" when it comes to contributing to racing events.
