Perhaps a pink saddle, but otherwise it looks good to me. Unless you are still fiddling with bar height or think you may want to sell the bike someday, it's time to trim the steerer tube.

I'm shorter than you with same inseam. I ride a 49cm Soma Rush which has a level top tube. If it's so important to you to have a level TT, then maybe you should consider getting something like that.

Yeah, those modernistic cranks are plain ugly on that bike. I'd go for some 70s to early 80s classic Sugino, Sakae, Shimano silver cranks.

Look closely. There are two separate cables going to the rear hub. It's an internal gear hub with a roller brake. It's a perfectly functional bike that doesn't have any fixie cool factor, that's all.
