For gravel and MTB, it's not uncommon for people to put a wider tire up front for grip and handling. At least that's my understanding - I'm too persnickety to have mismatching tires.

I think that the interior of your rims is also significantly wider than mine, too. But yeah, I'm running 28s at 65/70 now.

I'm in your weight range and would run 30mm tires at 65-70psi, so 32s could run a little lower.
