It's a fair price, but FWIW there are THREE other Trek 400s that have been up for sale in Appleton's craigslist for a while now...

Sizing looks right, I think the seller is actually correct about the 22" frame size. It should fit you.

It's a good deal for someone with knowledge and a pile of parts, but this bike is missing...
