love checking into this thread! last time I ckd in I was at 204 down from my largest 254 on 3/22/10. I am now at 191 and love riding as much as when I started the first week of april.
still eating...

been following this post, this is amazing to see. I was at 254lbs 3/22/10, started counting caloiries, about a week later riding my old mtn bike 6 miles 3x a week, I now have a road bike I ride daily...
