I actually don't mind reaching down to shift. So far it hasn't been an issue (most the time, I'm going < 15mph on this thing). It could use a better brake cable job, though. That's next.

I bought it for 150, but it needed new wheels/cassette/chain. Turns out I don't really need new cables or anything and was able to adjust everything to working order myself.

Just needs some bar...
