I never have a problem keeping my power in zone. I often have 4 hour z2 rides where 3.5+ hours is spent only in z2. Indoor riding just sucks yo!

Anything above z4 and i need to be outside. I had a set of 3 minute intervals indoors and i did them at 110-115%, two days alter i was outside and was nailing the same set at >120%
