You should ask in the tri forum. The SSFG forum gets a little turned off by tri bikes because people convert them to fixed and they end up looking terrible.

Actually, that is a good point. The fork is one of Scrod's I05TRs and it is carbon/aluminum but I was assuming the dropouts were steel. Maybe not.
