Yes, but I have lots of them, they just get tossed in the hamper and I grab the next pair from the drawer. I don't want to have to wash the padded shorts every ride, so I save them for longer rides...

For me, boxer briefs under gym shorts do the trick. I do have a pair of padded MTB shorts that I wear for longer (>1hr) rides, but I don't want to have to deal with laundering that all the time.
