Bike Shops need to start focussing on areas where they can make money then. If service is their bread and butter, than I need to start reading less reviews about "crappy service" from half the bike...

My LBS knows I will support them when I can...heck, I still maintain my 30% discount from when I used to work their PT. But there are a couple reasons I don't shop there:
