I am curious to how a number of you would compare a 42/42 to a 32/32 on the same size wheel going up the same grade. :)

If a 30 34 isn't enough then there is an option for a 30 oval to a 34, and if that isn't enough, I'd have to question why I still want road groups on my bicycle.

46/30 to 11-34 (not racing) 46 to 11 @ 100...

46/30 to 11-34 (not racing)

46 to 11 @ 100 rpm on (40-622) is 34.3 mph
50 to 11 @ 100 rpm on (25-622) is 35.7 mph

I am not too worried about spinning out on a 46 on a gravel bike.
