its a Radius 5 HAndlepost ... mated to a new fork which works with 451 wheels ...

if you want to keep the original fork and wjeels
this would work ...

I like this one a lot .... ultra low gears ( 38 t/ 21 t) with a Sram freewheel Automatix hub. This bike will be great to pull a trailer full of stuff to the boat in far away...
