There was an old Schwinn tandem chained up...

There was an old Schwinn tandem chained up downtown for the longest time, and I noticed that it had one of those Bendix 2 speed kickback hubs.

Imagine trying to coordinate changing gears.

I once saw a Schwinn tandem parked, and noticed that it had one of those old Bendix 2-speed kickback coaster brake hubs on it. Now that would be a divorce machine!
