I put some 700c wheels "on it" (the rear drop out...

I put some 700c wheels "on it" (the rear drop out distance is 120mm) and they have heaps of space, so I think this frame could take a either a 700c or 27'' wheel set... see picts
...

The frame is 46/47cm center to center.. are you looking for a stand over height?
