Thank you guys for help. I don't have this frame, it's only option for buy. I know that whole frame is ok, no other damages, besides that chainstay.

i know that it can be welded, point of my question is if the welding would be safe and durable. I don't know what caused that crack.

Hi,
quick question: can this kind of crack in the middle of the chainstay be welded?
frame is alu, columbus, possible destination: fixed gear.
