Correct but you will need the screw on sprocket from your original UG cassette. In the video he's using this for a 6 speed however yours is for 7 speed so you should be even easier. I think so too...

You first have to buy a 7 speed Hyperglide (HG)...

You first have to buy a 7 speed Hyperglide (HG) cassette and then do this which is what previous posters have suggested.
