Did you grease the threads on the CR-MO seatpost bolt and are there still threads visible when it is tight to your satisfaction? Some post bolts "bottom out" and stop snugging up the slot...

The replacement "CR-MO" seatpost bolt looks good. Just curious if the slot pinches in at all when you tighten the bolt to snug the Whisky post in place. Also, one other question pertaining to...
