They are custom for Rene Herse. Slightly longer reach and deeper drop and a lot less flare than Nitto B135. And I don't think you can get the B135 or B132 in a 46cm.

Rene Herse Randonneur bend bars in 46cm width. Yes they are heat-treated made-by-Nitto bars. I love them. So comfortable.

Soma Supple Vitesse (aka Panaracer). 700x38, although these measure closer to 35 on these skinny rims. They are on par with the Compass/Rene Herse tires.
