Adjustable reamers are available in many sizes. My dad had one for some reason. It will go from an inch all the way to 27.2mm. I've used it a bunch but it's a slow process by hand. Probably faster...

Running wire in my AD frameset that gugie modified. I ran a shift cable the length of the frame then soldered my wire to the cable and wala! Works beautifully....

Those are excellent riding framesets. 888? At any rate 700cx35 should fit easy. Room for fenders as well on the one I had. Much easier than converting to 650b on that bike.

I'm guessing that is a really long seatpost. When I use those I cut them off so you don't have a foot buried in the frame. Could take a while but it's worth the effort.
