To answer your question the BAs do definitely...

To answer your question the BAs do definitely make a bike more comfortable - having said that they can't mitigate the effect of a major impact. Tires are best at dealing with smaller high frequency...

I'd go with Big Apples....2.0" width works with...

I'd go with Big Apples....2.0" width works with fenders....the larger size would probably work without any fenders...run them at a pressure that gets you ~8mm vertical drop of each tire when you are...
