How is Shoe Factory road between Poplar Creek and Elgin? Busy?
I ride both Poplar Creek and Fox River trail quite often, but never figure out the way to ride from Hoffman to FRT.

Did 21 miles at Busse Woods after work yesterday. Made a short stop to watch time trials in Elk Grove - one of the bike trails there leads right into it . Seeing those guys in person is much better...

I did 65 mile route and felt really lonely. Looks like most of the people went for shorter routes. You just do not see anyone once you turn to 65/100 part of the ride.
