Wow, that looks great. I like the V-O stem and the Cosmo(?) rack. Black bar tape actually looks good with the rest of the colour scheme.

No, it is a 54cm, the biggest size you can get with 26" wheels. The Saga frames size up bigger than many other frames because of the long head tube.
