With ďhardly noticeable knee twinges over 4000 milesĒ I wouldnít be concerned unless they are frequent. But after 4000 miles I would believe you would have noticed major problems

I donít think you can go wrong with the wahoo element bolt. I have a Garmin edge 520 plus and it works fine for me and Iím used to the garmin ecosystem.
